We were embarrassed to be there with our family from out of state ,Restaurant was pretty empty ,Service was very bad the waitress got 3 of the orders wrong and when we mentioned it to her she was not concerned at all , then they rushed us out and gave us 2 of the same bill !!! Bad experience makes you feel bad and not want to go back.

We were in the area, tired and needed some food. The waitress was very nice but the place looks a little old and run down. My son and I ordered the tri tip steak and my wife ordered a chicken club sandwich. The sandwich was ok and came with a ton of fries. We asked for the steak to be medium but it's thinly sliced so came overcooked and extremely dry. Steak sauce was needed. Our waitress forgot our corn muffins which we didn't realize until we finished eating. Dessert was good. We had brownie sundaes. Overall typical chain food (like a Denny's/Friendly's from out east). Least enjoyable meal while staying in San Rafael for a week.

Our 1st visit inside since the pandemic, it was great, service was excellent & enjoyed our breakfast very much

Checked all the boxes - clean, fast, friendly, and straightforward food.
