10:50 check in 35 min wait. Place kinda busy okay. Get called to be seated. Outside no choice inside or out. Table needs to be cleaned. It actually took about 35 mins to be seated. It was downhill from there. Didn't get food until 12:45. Server said Uber eats and Doordash has priority mind you we outside fighting flys while waiting for our food. Food cold 6 adults and a 10 yr old. The child didn't get her food until 15 mins after we did!! Hers was hot but everything else was cold. And the waffles 2 came after the fact . First and probably last time going to this place.

My husband and I came in I had the chicken fried steak which was very good and my husband had fish and Chips his was awful the fish was not fresh nor was his fries they were soggy and cold and the server was very nice to me but he was not nice to my husband. Husband felt uncomfortable.

Very disappointed!!! I have eaten at other Black Bear Diners and they had great food & service. This one was horrible! After waiting over 15 minutes to be seated, we were told to use our phones to scan a QR code in order to see the menu. We ordered a simple breakfast of scramble eggs with vegetables. It was 40 minutes before we were finallly served. I will say the server came by a couple times to apologize for the wait. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs, The hash browns were greasy and the huge biscuit tasted like raw flour. We will not be back.

I have visited another location of this chain and absolutely loved it, however this location missed the mark. We were first seated outside at a table that was so unsteady the condiments on the table could not stay up. We asked to move inside which the waitress replied that is not in my section. So we were moved to another table outside. (in her section) We ordered food and coffee. Our coffee was never refilled after asking twice. Our food came 10 mins apart from each other. My friend was finished by the time mine was there. Mine being cold. We received only half of the food never getting our pancakes or waffle. We never saw the waitress again until we got up to leave and speak to the manager. That is when she hunted us down to give us the check. While sitting there I observed a waitress bringing oatmeal to a patron, she dropped a topping in a plastic container on the floor (outside) picked it up and put it back on the plate. Just gross! I never complain but wont go to that location again. The staff moved at their own pace, never smiled, and were not attentive. Two tables left while we were there not even getting water or a visit from a waitress. Another couple never got silverware but had food. The manager did comp our food but geez what a mess!! Wouldn't recommend at all!

MacKenzie was a great server. She was welcoming and checked on us often. Even though the place was packed, the food was still served in a timely manner. It was delicious!
