No complaints about the in club experience, but please get rid of the solicitors in the parking lot. Large uptick in solicitors stopping customers from leaving. Had one leaning on my vehicle and haggling me for “coffee” money before leaving to find his next victim.

What is with the cashiers here? For the past year or so (with every cashier) I've had my items thrown/dropped into my cart after scanned? It isn't the same cashier either. I have mentioned this to 1 manager after the first time. This can be seen on cameras so there's no way management doesn't know. The one I had today even gave me an attitude because I moved something I considered light onto the belt, and then was annoyed I had another cart. These cashiers need to be either switched to another department, or removed all together.

Today I purchased a pack of six steaks at this BJ location. When I got home and opened the package, I noticed that the steaks are brown and spolied.The package was packed in such a way to conceal portions of each steak going bad. The spoilage of EACH steak was concealed on purpose in order to deceive the customer. I immediately returned the steaks for s full refund.But the situation could have been worse by me ending up in the hospital from food poisoning.

I bought a box of pizza today. The name of the manufacturer is "Digiorno" pizza. This is the worst pizza ever. The flour is just a thin layer and very small. Completely different from the pattern on the box. Don't be fooled.
