No remiendo este lugar lo cual le roban el dinero a uno compre un electrodoméstico y me salio dañado y fui hacer el reclamo me dijo que no tenia cambio ni arreglo y la otra señora que tiene el tatuaje en el brazo es una grosera no entiendo como hacen las personas para comprar cosas en ese lugar lo cual no dan garantia y se creen mas que uno

Compre un electrodoméstico de $500 dolares la cual me salio dañada y fui hacer el reclamo y la señora que tiene el tatuaje en el brazo le dice a la otra señora que no se puede hacer cambio y tampoco arreglos personas que juega con la plata de uno par de ladrones, no recomiendo este lugar

Worse location for BJs pick up on the appp. They make you wait for 25-45 mins to pick up an order. Horrible service

The worst/most inferior BJ’s compared to all of the ones I’ve been to in the Queens and Brooklyn area. Many things out of stock. The store and the mall has depressing lighting. Rats greet you at the entrance of the mall. Customer service is minimal although the workers are nice. The aisles are messy with empty boxes everywhere. The organization of items are not intuitive. Sometimes you have to walk to one side of this big store for household items and then the other side for other household items. Honestly, just go to any other BJ’s.

Terrible service. The managers are inappropriate trying to hit on me(short Spanish lady). Also they are very rude and I ask to speak to a manager and he did nothing about it (bald Jamaican dude).

Edwin the manager was great very helpful in answering our questions and helped us load our order to the car

This is a treat yourself place. Let me explain. Burger City was on my bucket list of places that are supposed to have hot burgers. And they do. The one I got was the premium boss burger. Along with it I got onions rings and the black and white shake. All of it was really good. However, at over 22 dollars for this, getting this on the regular is just not worth it. Try new things if you're going to splurge. I just can't justify that much money for what is quite literally, a burger combo. I may be back, but there's other burger joints that need trying out.

Nice and spacious. You might spend more than you planned on due to their huge selection of items.
