BJ's Wholesale Club

I made an appt yesterday 03/20/2024 for 03/21/2024 at 12pm. I came in about 10 mins before and waited about 30 mins to even be acknowledged. Once someone came in I attempted to pay. 3 different cards were used and there was a limit error on all 3 cards. Called my financial institution and all cards were fine. I was told to pay when I came to pick up my car. Around 330 I received a call saying the manager attempted to call me earlier(no missed call) to tell me they will not put the tires on my car until I paid. I live on the other side of town and I was not coming back to pay and come back again. The manager agreed to do the car and pay when I came back. When I returned around 520 the price was different than earlier quoted and I was told I had to wait on a manager. 30 mins later Devi comes to override additional charges and gives me 20 dollars off. Devi did listen to my concerns and apologized for the inconvenience but I will not be purchasing tires from here in the future!

Decent selection of food and friendly, helpful employees. We go here because of convenience but our top preference is Costco.

I like the store and the prices, but the Customer Service counter is terrible. Always SO SLOW. Get more help!
