This is by far the WORST BJS location. I’m not sure how anyone in receiving or customer service still works there. EVERY SINGLE TIME I PLACE AN ORDER ITS CANCELLED, MY REWARDS ARE TAKEN AND NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. When they do decide to pick up the phone they stay silent & hang up. I’ll be taking my complaint a step further to consumers affairs enough is enough they pissed the right customer off.
The two stars are for the lack of diligence displayed by the staff. On numerous occasions, I have had to place multiple pick-up orders due to their unwillingness to search for items when the quantity exceeds ten. Alternatively, items are frequently missing from orders. While in-store shopping presents no issues, the pick-up service is severely lacking. I am currently disputing a $317 charge resulting from the cancellation of an order scheduled for pick-up after work. A shift in management is necessary to address the incompetence associated with pick-up orders.
This place is ridiculous with these ghetto people at the Register, This cashier woman standing there talking to another cashier and not paying attention to me, you don't deserve this job !, very unfriendly and rude cashier 496772
Horrible cashiers in customer service. You would think they would put their best cashiers in the front to help with customer service. Nope, these have to be the rudest cashiers I have ever dealt with. The guy questioned why I was asking for a $2 refund after I had indicated that the cashier forgot to scan it at the end of the order. He stated, “Yeah right, you probably forgot to give it to her.” Really? The other two cashiers look like they are always pissed and can’t wait to leave. Whenever you need help on the floor there’s never anyone to help you. BJ’s needs to hire people that want to serve the community with a smile. This also includes the manager who always has an attitude and seems annoyed when you ask her a question.

A $800 laptop was on clearance for about $300. I bought it for my son and left for vacation. When I returned, he asked me to upgrade the storage. I opened it and upgraded the drive. When I fitted it back up, I realized that I was sold a different laptop, which was the same price as the discounted price laptop. Attached is what I should have had, an Intel I7; I got an Intel I3. Could not return it, too many scratches, etc, to remove the screws and keyboard
Friday workers are disrespectful. They have Nasty attitude towards their customers. BJs need to change their staffing and look for educated people that has good pleasant customer service..their attitude would lead people towards SUICIDE! That's how harsh and empty minded they are.
Never shopping here again horrible experience plus the NYPD don't help make it better
