I thank Mr. Terron for helping me to get my Ballon for my daughter from the ceiling. I took pictures at BJs for a photo appointment and you took the time from your busy schedule to assist me. Thank you Mr. TERRON for your extraordinary customer serive keep up the great work ans do the best that you can each and everyday. I truly appreciate it very much
Horrible service Members have bad attitudes, one of the worst place to visit on that exterior Avenue and let’s not talk about delivery service most horrible
Scammers are using this location to steal reward perks from customers. Going through lines or working with employees to steal perks from people who don’t even live in NY.
This particular BJ's has consistently disappointed me. The employees seem inexperienced and lack direction, often appearing to be working when they are not. I've stopped visiting in person. They don’t fulfill same-day delivery or pickup orders. I've witnessed instances where my order was canceled because they were unwilling to pick the items. There is a lack of proactive management, as even the general manager and other supervisors fail to address complaints.
This is another follow up and went Friday to pick up another order with my wife and she witnessed it for herself, another family was harassed as they were packing their car and another guy stood in front of their after being told they didn’t need any help and he insisted on helping and wouldn’t leave. Please be careful whenever parking in the ground floor of the parking lot, they have these guys walking around, asking to help you with your groceries and if you tell them no, because you don’t have any money, they insist on helping, on Friday a guy with his wife and small son, were packing there car, a guy can to offer his help and they told no thank you, we don’t have money, the guy kept insisting and insisting and getting closer to his van, luckily I was parked a few cars next to his and I started to yell and said out loud they said no and leave them Alone, they walked away, looking for other customers, Bjs needs to do something to protect your customers.
Only my 3rd visit to this location and my experience has not improved. I entered the mall from the street to go to BJs on floor 2. When I entered the ADA passenger elevator and pressed 2, it did not activate. This was today, Sunday March 24th at 8:15AM. I spoke to 4 different BJs staff -- 4 -- all of whom said "we do not control the mall elevators". (Two of the staffers I spoke with unwilling to help: Karen and Stefanie.) BJs pays rent to the mall, BJ members pay membership to BJs, do you mean NO staff in this BJs could contact mall services about this issue? This is unacceptable!
Dropped my wife off at the front, and went to find parking. When I came back, the mall cop at the door didn't let me in because I didn't have the card. Had to call her and interrupt shopping so she could come to the front show the dumb mall cop our card
The Bronx is never a good place to go shopping. With that said m, BJ’s takes the bad shopping experience to all time lows. You will stand in line for no less than 30 mins. They offer “express pay,” however, not to those paying via EBT. Then, anytime you want to buy an item that is up in over stock, they will tell you straight out that it’s fend for yourself. They offer no floor staff. Right now I am in store, and I wanted to purchase around $300 worth of merch that was not in reach. No one was able to help me get the items.
