The heavy set blonde hostess was very rude and super unhelpful. Our group of 6 left before even sitting down strictly because of her attitude. We will no longer have company outings at this location.

I took my sons to this restaurant for our yearly tradition of going out together for Valentine’s Day, and I have to take the time to leave a good review of our time! First of all, the food was amazing! Their deep dish pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had! Lots of cheese and topping, and the crust was delicious. My boys also enjoyed their famous pizookie. It tasted as if it were fresh out of the oven. There was a tiny mix up with our bill, and I want to spend the second part of my review praising the management and staff! Shane, the manager, was very pleasant and offered above and beyond what I would have even expected as a remedy. He made sure that we were 100% happy and well taken care of. You just don’t always find that kind of management, and it meant a lot to me. We have definitely found our new favorite restaurant in town!

So disappointing. We got mozz sticks and a flatbread pizza for an appetizer. My mozz sticks were cold. Then the pizza didn’t come out until 5 minutes after our meals come. We got a salad and soup with our meals and the freaking soup wasn’t even hot! Then I got a steak that wasn’t even cooked right. We will never go to this restaurant again.

My sister tries to call the day before to put in reservations. Raven said that they couldn’t do it to call back the day of at 11. So she did and she was told no they don’t do that. So she came in at 5 to get our name in. She was told an hour and half for a table. We did not sit until 7:45. They acted as if they didn’t want to accommodate a big party any time we asked about our seats. Once we got to finally sit, which was not together because by the time we were going to leave they came up with seats. To top it off went to get a beer and none of the drafts were working. Supposed to be a brew house. This was my second time ever here and my last. Response: we let him know. He wasn’t the best at helping. Didn’t offer any type of discount. So never again

Absolutely terrible service all around. Had a party of 18, we called ahead to let them know we were coming only to be told “we do not take reservations” although their website has a “add to wait list option” bit over parties of 7 to please call. When we called again we were told no and just come in. When i arrived I was told the wait would be 2 hours. And was told “we do not accommodate large groups” The hostess was very rude and acted like we were a bother. After speaking to the manger we still had to wait over an hour for any help. Once seated service continued to be terrible. Waited -5 minutes to get drinks. Food was brought out and had to ask for silver ware and had to wait 5 min while food sat there no refills offered until we asked. Just absolutely terrible Manager offered no assistance.

Had dinner tonight and there was a lot going on it that place. Out of all sorts of food and someone stole the waitresses purses from their employee room...like I said a lot going on but we had Kayla as our server and she did an amazing job. Keep your chin up girl!

We waited more than 2 hours for a party we tried to call ahead for and was greeted with nothing but rudeness. The website specifically says “if party exceeds 7, call us.” We were told they couldn’t take a call ahead and were told to just show up and we’d be seated. Once sat, we waited 30 minutes to get drinks. and once our food actually arrived we had to wait another 20 minutes for silverware. Absolutely ridiculous.

Our food was cold, we did not receive all our dishes that were ordered, a table of five came in after us and was served first and the waitress actually went back to their table to check on them. We were all thirsty. We were there over 2 1/2 hours for basically bar food. And still no drinks. Will not be back.
