Ug I love Bjs, but they brought out 2 sides of burnt avacado egg rolls, (one waitress said thats just how they are and the other stated no way)-least we weren't charged for them, the waitress was nice but forgetful, (forgot my wife and sons drink) and never came back to check on us. Not going back to this location for at least 6 months, hopefully a change of staff will happen and we can go back to enjoying it there. Gave them 2 stars because everyone was nice, just either new or incompetent.

Our server Heather was amazing! She was attentive, funny, sociable and just overall made the whole experience. It was full but she stayed on top of everything and really made us feel welcome. Will definitely return

Ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich. My wife ordered the Asian chicken salad. It took over 45 minutes, server dropped the food and disappeared. The French fries were cold, the chicken was burnt tough and cold the salad was not fresh . Severe came back with check, didn’t even ask how was everything. They don’t even deserve one star
