Waitress was a sweetheart and very helpful and informative about the menu. The food was....mediocre. Drinks and the one appetizer came out swiftly but the entrees came out over an hour after ordering. My chicken Alfredo was fine. The pizza is not true deep dish, not that I particularly care. Another member of my group ordered a medium rare filet and got a very rare prime rib, which was sent back and got a well done filet. TL;DR good staff mediocre food long wait. Vegetarian options: Salads and pasta without a protein Kid-friendliness: All ages present

So we were a party of 11 and apparently that was a lot. I ordered the prime rib which I know as a chef is a fairly quick dish to make assuming that their mashed potatoes are held in a steam table how their vegetables are held not entirely sure. Food came out looking like it's at the window first while all the other dishes were being prepared. Dry really red as a meat had began to oxidize. My mashed potatoes and asparagus for cold to the touch as was my prime rib. No big deal I sent it back and ask them to make it again. It looked as if when the meat or plate I should say came back that it was just dumped into a third pan of ajus to heat the meat back up. Seeing as how I physically touch the meat with my hands and about 90% positive that's how they reheated it my hand intern went into the ajus. So obviously a form of cross-contamination at that point of the entire container. Send it back again for a second time. Asking for the medium rare piece of me that I had originally ordered not a well-done piece of shoe leather. Looks like the manager had brought out my third plate of food and it was made correctly. I told him it was no big deal did not mention the fact that I'm sure he was not aware of the cross contamination that have gone on with the ajus container in the back. Food was really good but the lack of quality control by the kitchen and food runner was unacceptable. When you have 11 people dropping 30 plus dollars a plate. Plus plenty of beers and cocktails. They took my plate off the bill but I don't understand why being a chef I always get the weirdest situations at food establishments. Second time I've had a not awesome experience at this food chain.
