My amazing love brought me here for my birthday dinner. It was a little pricey and I had to get the waitress's attention 4 times. They didn't even acknowledge my birthday when mentioned, but that was ok. I didn't need any more attention. The ice cream and cinnamon roll thing (Pizookie) was Awesome!
Went to dinner with my girlfriend and two of the kids and it was great and our server Austin was great too we will definitely be coming back
Food was pretty good, only complaint was ceaser salad had no dressing or tasteless dressing. I told the server, she shrugged. We asked for our soup and salad before the meal. Didn't happen, no apology. Management walked by never checked. We asked for a sample of one beer to decide if we liked it, none came... told her.. replied nothing. We couldn't eat our soup so we asked to take it to go,no lids. Of course it spilled everywhere. How can you run out of lids? Our potatoes and prime rib ruined soaked in soup. I do not reccomend this place
Went to lunch with family, service was great and food was as well.
Couldn't even get a bite to eat tonight. Ordered one thing. They were out. After waiting ANOTHER HALF HOUR, was then told they were out of next order, as well... Couldn't get an appetizer. Couldn't get dinner. Never again will I return. Literally had NOTHING I ordered
I have been to BJ's Restaurant at least twenty times, and while their food and service are always consistent, they have never quite averaged a 5-star rating. For the most part, they're spot on, but both times I have ordered a steak it was a disaster. I will admit that their burgers are awesome, but a bit expensive. They've got great beers, and delicious desserts.
I stopped in finally and tried a couple beers today and a brew house Philly. A bit on the pricey side, but it was worth it and I’ll be back sometime. I’ve been looking for a restaurant that I can go to with a variety menu in Reno when I make the trip and it definitely has a good vibe. The hazy ipa was delicious!
Bjs is great food. Lot's of craft beers on tap.
