BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Every time I come to this particular BJ’s, in Millennia area, it’s as if they hire staff who are completely ambivalent to the concept of customer service. This restaurant's service is ALWAYS poor. The food quality is mediocre. I’ve never had a good service experience. We ordered the Happy Hour appetizers. According to the menu the only appetizer exclusions were BBQ Tri-tip Sliders and premium wings. However when the checks came more than 1/2 the appetizers were full price. When asked about this the server made a 1/2 hearted excuse and refused to do anything. When pushed he disappeared and came back much later to say, “the manager said there’s nothing we can do about it.” I would strongly suggest avoiding this restaurant. They don’t care about you in any way whatsoever.

First time ever eating at a BJ’s and what a terrible first impression… I ordered take out. Two kids meals (one chicken breast the other boneless chicken) and one burger for me. I asked for the burger cooked medium, it was well done and dry and cold. The French fries were also cold (I live 5 mins away so they were cold from the restaurant). I only ate half of it from how bad it was. The chicken breast for my daughter was soooo salty, omg I was wondering why she kept telling me it’s spicy until I tried it.. literally inedible. I ended up just feeding both of them the boneless chicken. At least strawberry lemonade was really good lol. Mashed potatoes were pretty good too. They also didn’t put the utensils like I asked for or provide straws for the two drinks. You can tell they don’t care about quality. Definitely not doing here again. Just disappointing, we were really hungry after just leaving the hospital and this just ruined the night.

Unfortunately our appetizer never made it to our table. Service was slow despite not being full. Also, if you are going to eat here be sure to bring your best winter coat! It was absolutely freezing inside despite two shirts and a jacket! I heard multiple tables around me say the same thing as well. My hands/fingers actually hurt by the end.

BJs is superior. Alicia is the best. They need more like her.

We waited 8 minutes after sitting down before our drink order was taken. We had to ask for refills...every time. The wait staff was too busy running, and I mean that literally, around the hostess booth chasing one another to actually care about their sections. This was not a busy time. The restaurant was less than half full with plenty of staff. Also, the men's room floor was completely covered in urine. I will never cone back to this restaurant

Excellent service!

I was skeptical when my group of friends decided that we were all going to BJ’s. I was pleasantly by the quality of the food, as I was expecting something like the Cheesecake Factory. If we had had a good experience with the service, this would have probably been a 4-star review. I honestly do not blame our waiter, this place just needs a change in management. Here is how the experience went. 1. We waited 15 min to be sited, although there was plenty of space available. 2. Once we were sited, there was only one waitress working on the tables inside, and the rest of the staff was just sitting idle. 3. Since she had too many tables, it took here another 20 min just to get our drinks and order. 4. The appetizers came before the drinks (or waters), and there were no plates or silverware. The plates they finally brought were all wet For what is worth, the garlic shrimp and the Philly cheesesteak were pretty good. However, I will never come back to this place.

The dessert is the best here
