BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I used to love going to BJ's. I love their food, both the selection and quality. I love their beer. I have been let down repeatedly by their service. Tonight the server read our order back to us and read the wrong entree for my wife. My wife corrected her. My wife still got the wrong entree. After eating, we waited for at least 10-15 minutes for our server to come by so we could ask for the check. We drove separately, so I told her to go home and I'll stay and pay. I didn't leave for another 20 minutes! Once I go the check, I paid on the app so I wouldn't have to wait even longer for them to bring my change. I saw other people waiting for a table. I would think they would want to turn my table over as fast as possible. I don't want an apology or free stuff. I just want them to do better so I enjoy going there again.

Restaurant muy sucio, empleados groseros y poco profesionales, no le diría a nadie que fuera a comer allí.

Excelente atención, comida deliciosa y menú variado. Además los precios son buenísimos y el lugar es acogedor. Parking: Amplio estacionamiento. Kid-friendliness: Kids Menú Wheelchair accessibility: Amplio espacio.

The food was a 10 out of 10 for me. It tasted great. It came out warm, especially the dessert. It was delicious! Siarra our server was the kindest Sweetheart ever, she was very attentive and kind!

2nd time here and service was awful just like before

My wife, Granddaughter and I arrived approximately 1:30pm, it was busy and got seated in a few minutes. It took over 20 minutes for a server to approach us to place our order. Our pizza was warm at best, seems it sat under the warmer for a while, it took 45 minutes to receive crushed red peppers and never received a glass of ice that we requested. I asked for another beer and didn't received it until after 3pm so I politely declined and asked for my check. I recommend If it looks busy, turn around and go somewhere else.
