My experience at the restaurant on Super Bowl night was nothing short of extraordinary, largely due to our server, Brandon. From the moment we were seated, Brandon made us feel like VIPs. Despite the bustling atmosphere and the high stakes of the game, his attention to detail was impeccable. Brandon had an innate ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. He recommended the sunday specials which were a culinary delight, suggesting dishes that catered perfectly to our diverse tastes. His knowledge of the menu and the beer/wine pairings was impressive, elevating our dining experience to a new level. What truly set Brandon apart was his genuine enthusiasm and passion. He managed to balance professional service with personal touches, making us feel exceptionally welcomed. While also being able to throw in some light-hearted banter about the game, making the evening more enjoyable. Despite the busy night, he never missed a beat - our glasses were always full, and each course was served with perfect timing. The restaurant was packed, and the energy was electric, but Brandon's professionalism and charismatic personality shone through. He went above and beyond to ensure that our night was special, contributing significantly to the memorable atmosphere. Brandon was not just a server; he was a maestro of the evening, orchestrating an unforgettable dining experience during one of the busiest nights of the year. His dedication, skill, and warmth truly made our Super Bowl celebration amazing. I cannot commend him enough and look forward to returning to the restaurant, hoping to be greeted by Brandon's exceptional service once again. A five-star review doesn't do justice to the quality of service and the memorable experience provided by Brandon. He is a true asset to the restaurant, and anyone lucky enough to be served by him is in for a treat!

Yes its a little pricy but a perfect catch when you dont know where to go and what to eat. By that I mean that there are choice for the whole family, from light and healty to big and fat :-) The Beer is deversified and There are choice for Everyone. After that visit, we looked for BJs every moment we had to make a fast Choice or when we had to eat quickly on the road.

The food and atmosphere were wonderful but what put our experience over the top was our server Juliette. She was very sweet and attentive, we will definitely go back.

Rude, very inconsiderate asked to use the restroom2 for my child, offered to buy something but that she couldn’t hold it anymore and still wouldn’t allow us to use the restroom. Manager on tonight also agreed to not let us use the restroom, we have been here soo many times as a family and I’ll never return because of this. 1/27 around 9 pm

My friends and I went to Bjs today and had the BEST experience. Not only was the food great but our server made it 100000 times better. Alyssa was attentive, prompt, kind, and friendly. She suggested great options and we all were thrilled by the outcome, which made the whole experience memorable. Alyssa did an incredible job and we will definitely be coming back because of her!

Service sucked

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the service was fantastic. We were personally served by Alyssa, who took care of all our needs! 10/10 would recommend this restaurant.

I went in to BJs this morning for a quick lunch and happy hour, and our server Bella was extremely patient and friendly and understanding of my dietary restrictions. She was super conversational and made us feel super comfortable… We will be back. She’s got a new regular!!
