Our server Ashleigh was awesome!

1st time to this location and it was by far the worse experience. Someone needs to fire current cooks. No flavor. Extra dry and or burnt and over covered in there sauces. Service was by far low leveled. And extra warm beer. Maybe 20 people total in this restaurant and the food was horrible I would hate to see how it is when it's busy. I suggest they need to take notes how the allen,tx location runs there restaurant total 180 degree difference Parking: Plenty of parking and or maybe just cause this location is just horrible. I don't know but plenty of parking

Rotten ingredients used in my meal! I ordered the seared ahi salad and the avocados at the bottom were all brown. When I asked server, she told me that they knew that the quality of the avocados was low. The kitchen still used them in my salad, just at the bottom, where they couldn’t be seen. I don’t feel comfortable eating here again!

They are racist… they told me the wait was 10 to 15 minutes and 2 white groups of people came in after me and was seated then when I asked them how many seats the other groups was given, they told me 4… oookay I had three of my nephews with me so those seats should’ve been ours.. I asked them how long would we still have to wait after waiting 23mins they told me it’ll be another 45 minutes smh, that is SAD the customer service sucks at this place. P.s the tiny black manager guy is an Uncle Tom! I really feel like they judged us based on my nephews locs. Smh

I got three pasta takeout orders. Tiny portions of applebee’s-level pasta, and the same bread knots you can find at walmart in 1.99 bags… save your money.
