Great food, HUGE burgers, EXCELLENT service (thank you Christy!) But…THE PIZOOKIES!!! Oh my!

Got here at 6:15pm, told 30-45min wait, just now getting food at 8:36pm. Like someone else mentioned, no soap in bathrooms, menus are gross and sticky. Server was nice. $11-13 for very standard cocktails, which seems strange for an establishment of this level. Foods good. I’d suggest ordering takeout/delivery service only… maybe.

What an awful experience! Orders took more than 20 minutes and two of our party of 8 ordered the chicken alfredo...the issue was nearly no chicken except small microscopic pieces and almost no alfredo sauce to speak of. The broccoli was soggy and over cooked. Never again. So embarrassed we suggested the venue.

just ordered takeout for BJs in Fort Wayne, IN. - wrong nachos - completely wrong burger meal - no toppings or even the correct ice cream for pazookies - all the food was ice cold Paid 70 bucks for trash food and service

The food is amazing you can't go wrong with the tacos and the server Tiffany was absolutely amazing she didn't waste a second doing everything to make the time here the best and delicious she definitely needs a raise!

I’ve worked in food for quite awhile so I like to leave honest reviews on places because sometimes certain things just aren’t acceptable and there’s room for improvement. I’ve been a loyal customer and I can say it’s definitely hit or miss here. There’s times I’ve had great food, and then there’s times like tonight. I ordered an online order with a salad, that came with a cup of ranch that was like a quarter full. I ordered a kids meal with Mac n cheese and a fruit cup. The fruit was old and slimy. The Mac n cheese seems kinda old and was burnt on top. Sometimes you get things from here and wonder how old it is.. I used to get the Avocado egg rolls but sometimes they’re ruined because the avocado is clearly old. This place might just need to make sure they’re replacing their ingredients more often. It’s not exactly cheap to risk getting food that’s not fresh. It would be a five star with consistent freshness
