too bad service the waitress did not have the best service brought us the food too late

Okay food but bad service i got my Caesar salad from my meal first and it took the server 10minutes to get my silverware. I also ordered the tri tip and baby back rib combo it came in within 10 minutes after and the food was cold like if it was just sitting there. By far the worst experience so far i would have gone somewhere else if i had known

This was the most garbage meal I have ever purchased. I ordered the california Flatbread and spinach artichoke dip. The dip looked like it was somebody's scraps and the pizza not only looked burnt and skimp ( notice corners with NOTHING but burnt crust) it smelled disgusting and burnt. I have never gotten such disgusting food from BJs!! Update: I went there the next day and they completely remade my meal. Tasted and looked much better!

I love the beer club. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly. This store is a lot better than some of the other BJ's. The Corona store is the best and most friendly BJ's. The staff is very professional and courteous. They make sure you got what you need.

I really hate to make a bad review because our server was nice and respectful, BUT i think some of your staff needs better training. We ordered our appetizer and drinks, our appetizer came first. Still no drinks by the time we finished our appetizer and no sign of our server for a total of 20 mins from the time she brought our appetizer to the time she re appeared into the dining area. Still no drinks. She walked passed us and didnt even bat an eye. She didn’t come to check on us at all and instead was socializing with coworkers in the takeout area. When she finally came to take our order and asked if we wanted anything else and i said our drinks would be great. and she seemed SHOCKED we hadn’t gotten them yet… but who is supposed to bring them? we got our drinks and food, my food was cold and my boyfriend’s was missing a few listed ingredients but whatever i didn’t want to wait any longer. when she brought the check, i was double charged for one of the drinks… Again i think this is a training issue. Servers should be trained to be able to handle all tables at the same time and how to do their job correctly before hand. And socializing and joking around with coworkers instead of actually paying attention to your job and what you are being paid to do isn’t okay regardless of where you work or what industry you’re in, and should be moderated by the manager.

I have to commend a manager by the name of Robert. He is so professional and kind. I feel he cares about the customers more than some have in the last 3 years. I had numerous disappointments with this location and I am happy he is there now. Perhaps he can train some of the others on excellent customer service skills because that's what he gives. Thank you Robert for changing my mind about this location.
