Poor service and the food was so-so. Definitely not worth the time or price.

Poor service looked like the server was trying to get us out. They claimed they could not split check on a big party. Manager non helpful and rude

Ordered a burger. Inedible, one bite and I had to spit it out. Soggy and cold.

El Rib eye estaba excelente, muy buen sabor y terminó pero la atención muy mal, no esperan a que termines te traen tu caja, no te dan tiempo de disfrutar tu comida, no has terminado ni de ordenar y ya te traen la cuenta. Muy mala actitud, nada recomendable, lástima que el Personal de cocina realmente se esmera en preparar los alimentos para que el servicio a la mesa sea fatal.

First time here in College Station, but not at BJ’s. BJ’s is our favorite family dine in place back home. We were surprised with the horrible service we got. We waited 30 min to get a table . We also waited 30 min and no waiter or manager came to inform us that there will be a delay. We walk out without anyone even bother to apologize after my husband ask a front end person where our waiter is. I will never recommend this BJ’s. If you come to North Texas all three Bjs from Denton, to Southlake and Keller have great customer service. Can’t compare this one to them. We end up at Olive Garden with 2 min wait and wait came right away to greet us and take our orders right away. BJ’s you lost a loyal 8 customers. So if you want to be treated with with respect don’t go to this specific location

The girl Kaylani, was absolutely amazing!! I love her work ethic and attitude and when she says something will get done, it gets done. They did great with her, I love her and she’s so nice! Bella, is amazing too! She is so sweet to everyone! I will continue to come to BJs knowing they have staff that cares!

Ate here with a work group. Nothing bad, nothing to write home about either. Staff was friendly and got our group of 10 in quickly with no reservations. I had the salmon and it was quite tasty. I'd go back!
