Franchise owner needs to get their head out of their @$$ and fix this location. Got seated and immediately took kids to the bathroom. Got back to our table and the kids food was there 2min later. The appetizer, which was ordered for the kids, didnt come for another 10min. After having not seen our server for half an hour I asked for the manager and asked where the hell my food was. Aparrently the current policy is to feed kids before appetizers and leave the adults to starve. Quality has steeply degraded. Kids used to get a bread rolls and a decent size fruit cup as a 'kids starter'. Now they get barely a handful of fruit and a bag of goldfish. Also the chicken soba, which is supposed to be spicy - isnt. Its just piping hot from the stove.

Alyssa R is an amazing server. I’ve been here before, and was excited that she was our server again today. However, our Pazooki was served with forks, so we had to ask for spoons

Came in to get my mini pizza for $3.14 to go but apparently they’re not allowed to make them to go but the kind take out guy, Carlos, made it possible for me. Thank you Carlos!:)
