Good pick for tonight. We started with Sriracha Brussel Sprouts. The Ms. enjoyed the Shrimp Scampi and I dived into the New Orleans Jambalaya. Two thumbs to the sky 👍👍...

This is the third time I found small solid piece inside in my wife’s food she could not chew leading to tooth damage our dentist had to fix. Stay away from the burgers. The second time, I found someone’s finger or toe nail on my small pizza and had to call my waitress over to observe it closely so that she doesn’t think we lied about it. Finally, the first time, our well-done steak was not cooked properly and had the waitress pick up the plate so they could cook it thoroughly. She came back with an apology and vehemently told us her plan to resign because our food were not the only orders she had to return to the kitchen. She was embarrassed and left without a tip we gave her for being courageous leaving a place like that. I don’t always leave reviews but this was a must. Be careful, the asterisks on the menu are there for a reason ladies and gentlemen. Good day! Dietary restrictions: Make sure you check your food before you wreck yourself.

Everything is changing??? We come here almost 5 years, some time 1 month or 2 month one time But tonight was very bad, we call Reservations already. No one on the front desk, me and my husband waiting 10 minutes but everyone service walk around even inside no busy on Thursday night, and after that have one girl come ask us and don’t say hi or welcome…. After that we order food waiting almost an hour with two orders, filet mignon medium cook and Santa Fe salad , but filet mignon make well done over cooking, and salad so terrible “bad” me and my husband left the food because can’t eat, after pay and tip almost $90 we nerver come back again

Update: Something has changed and we think the delivery food may be coming from a Ghost Kitchen. The past three deliveries have been, well, awful. Poor presentation, taste is off, wilted Kale, wilted lettuce, undercooked fries, squishy bread and meat In sandwiches, and strange serving sizes. Think twice. Star drop to 4. Hoping it’s a fluke but we likely won’t try again. Sad face emoji. This had become our ‘local go-to’ for third-party delivery. We’ve not eaten in this restaurant at any point and cannot speak to that service. I can say that the delivery food has always exceeded expectations. The wings are the best in Arlington and the “hot”packs some heat. My spouse enjoys the flatbread pizza’s, the chicken tortilla soup is creamy and tasty. My favorite is the deep dish ziti that I often sub ziti for spaghetti. If you need delivery food and need to meet a variety of cuisines, give BJ’s a try.

Always great service, and the food is delicious. During our visit today, one of my sons started feeling unwell, so his dad took him outside while I got our dessert to go along with a ginger ale. Instead of boxing up the pazookie with the melting ice cream on it that they had just brought out, they made it all fresh to go saying that if they didn’t, the cookie would be soggy, and they wanted my other son to be able to enjoy the dessert later. It felt refreshing to have a waitstaff be so conscientious and kind.

Unfortunately, this last experience at this location was not very pleasant. The restaurant was rather warm. We ordered a few items one of which they were out of I should've taken this as a sign... When the drinks arrived my glass smelled like dirty dish water, I advised the server and asked if my new drink could be in a go cup. Prior to our appetizer coming we were advised that they were out of plates so we were given paper napkins instead to eat on. We finished the appetizer and waited for out entrées to arrive to be told that they were also out of silverware so i suppose they were possibly having issues with the dishwasher! So no plates nor silverware - we requested plastic utensils and began eating only to discover that my salad tasted like someone poured water in a salad dressing bottle to get the last of it out. This used to be a go to because of the food and late hours but I'm crossing this one off my list. I'll end with we had a great server and I feel bad that she was hustling under those conditions.

Slow service. Rude service. Mistreatment of veterans. Took forever to bring appetizer. Excuses for EVERYTHING. Manager never addressed any of the problems. Super frustrating experience. Won't be back. The drive to Denton is well worth it!!!!

Hostess was rude, had an attitude and rolled her ayes after we asked her a question ,told us if she sits my party of 6 we would have bad service and server would take a while to get to us basically pushing us to leave and was annoyed when deciding if we should stay or leave and dine in. As someone who works In the restaurant industry we understand how everything works and as a host it’s always the first Impression of the Customers/restaurants and we left because if that’s how we were treated at the entrance the service would’ve been worse.
