The food is nasty!!! As Hell beef rib tuff as hell! Sweet potato mushy Mac and cheese toast like box Mac and cheese!!! Straight horrible. I am sick!!!!

They consistently cancel orders if you try and order on Uber Eats. I've had several of my orders cancel and I'm over their lack of service.

We ordered Christmas dinner to serve 15 people. I selected the day I'd pick it up - December 24th @1:00pm. The food was ready when I got there, nothing was mistakenly left out and my family thoroughly enjoyed the food.

Waited 7 minutes for already cooked food. A two piece with Mac and cheese and cabbage... Cabbage was 60% banana peppers.

I had the baked chicken and it had some weird seasons on it that taste like taco seasons. I also had the greens which were clearly from a can!

We ordered the Christmas Ham dinner. The food was ready when we picked it up, the ladies at the store were very nice & courteous, and the food was super delicious. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll definitely order again.

1st and last time The young lady/cashier had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I spent close to 40 dollars and the only thing that was good was the turkey wing... Thanks but no thanks Sincerely get rid of that young lady poor customer service.. Parking: Awesome security was in the lot

Today we ordered a holiday dinner for our whole family. The line was out the door when we got there, so my recommendation is arrive at your pre determined pick up time for large orders. All and all I waited, but what I gained from the understandable wait was a closer look into the fantastic staff of professionals at BJ’s. Everyone was so courteous working non-stop to get everyone their orders. A truly amazing group of humans preparing very tasty dishes. Thanks to the whole staff and I will be ordering again!

This place is a joke.. use to be really good food for good prices. Everything was cold when i received my order. Rib tips were hard asl NO MEAT on em. Macaroni was burnt . And they had the nerve to forget my sweet potatoes. $20 for sum rib tips … crazy asl . I used to spend the same amount n get a whole meal for my family.
