Bittersweet

Had an incredible time at Bittersweet last week and terribly sad they'll be closing. Wish I had stopped by sooner. No doubt I'll be dreaming about the deconstructed crab cake for years to come. My outdoor photos don't do justice to the gorgeous plates. Best of luck and I look forward to seeing what's next for chef Olaf!!

For Michelin prices you will be served items that sound amazing on the menu but are poorly executed. I still can’t get the bbq watermelon sashimi plate out of my mouth. Every dish was a miss and we felt rushed. Conceptually good, but executed poorly.

We had an amazing experience at Bittersweet. The food and wine pairings were amazing. Would highly recommend for folks looking for a delicious tasting menu. Our favorite dishes of the evening were the Lamb Chops with pistachios and the Braised Rabbit.

Great food and service. Got a wine pairing as well. I recommend for a date night or a special occasion. A small basket of bread would have made it even greater, but it was still wonderful.
