Everything From the Holiday Collections To the Daily Cupcake Case Is 100% Delicious and Gorgeous. I Contacted Them a Week Before My Birthday With a Request For a 90’s Cake. I Really Had No Idea What I Wanted. Angel Asked If She Could Freestyle a Design and Without Hesitation I Told Her I Trust Her and Her Ladies To Design a Masterpiece. I Got One. I Walked Into My Kitchen and Saw This Amazing Comic Book Style Cake!! It Was a Showstopper!! All Buttercream, No Fondant. My Only Regret Is That I Only Had One Piece!!! By the End of the Party, It Was Gone…No Crumbs Left! She Had Posted a Picture On Their Facebook Page and It Went VIRAL!!! So Much So I Had Strangers Messaging Me About It. The Amazing Work Speaks Volumes. I Love Them!!!

Angel (the owner) is an absolute DREAM. Her and her team are SO nice and so creative and always create the most beautiful cakes for me. Not only are they pretty, but they're delicious too! The brownies and oven baked s'mores and flourless chocolate cake are also personal favorites of mine. There's no one else I would trust for a special occasion in my life.

Bought my little sister’s birthday cake from here and loved the whole experience. From ordering it on the website (super easy to do) to picking it up from this cute little bakery. When I tell you how CUTE this bakery is! The people working there were so nice. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do and appreciate their customers. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious—just as good as it looks. We got the vanilla birthday sprinkle cake with purple drip. Can’t wait to try all the other flavors. My family and I will be getting all our cakes from here. For special occasions and for just because 😆 because who doesn’t want a random cake to eat for no reason at all?

They are amazing cupcakes but they seriously need to do something about just displaying them in the open they need to get a refrigerated case that they go in because they dry out by the next day even if I refrigerate them myself after

Bittersweet Bakery not only has the best tasting cakes or cupcakes galore but if you need something custom made it is done to PERFECTION! They are always so kind in the store, over the phone, and always in a good mood when you walk in! I could go on and on about how much I LOVE this bakery, but when I go to events I let the empty cake stand and cupcake tray do the talking for me! My family has used them for multiple events, from anniversaries, 90th birthday celebrations, family gatherings, dinner parties, you name it Bittersweet Bakery is definitely the main event! My aunt even brings Tupperware to take extra home with her…. If there is any left. Words cannot describe what this bakery means to my family and me, it is not just a simple cake, their works of art mean that we are getting to spend time together with loved ones and enjoy some pretty amazing food while doing so! Thank you Bittersweet for always bringing us together and giving us something sweet to enjoy! 💜

They did an amazing job on our wedding cake and my nephew's cake! I would highly them and will use them again for future events.

Our Easter had some unexpected twists this year. Lots! So it was a GREAT surprise, and a happy (and much needed) moment to see what Angel slipped in our huge families’ Easter order after we arrived home. It brought big smiles, giggles and even a few tears of sincere gratitude that made our day better than it was going. There are still good people in the world!! We’ve used Bittersweet/Angel so much over the years, kinda feel we are like family. We ask for things not exactly on the menu, 😜 she just grins with icing up to her ears 😁🤷🏼‍♀️ lol ~and if she has time… she gives us 110% with those crazy requests. However, we always respect her time; if she can’t do the impossible - we totally understand. Without getting into all the details, Angel brought lots of needed smiles to our big Easter table display which was full of beautifully decorated Easter sweets by Bittersweet Bakery. First of all, let me say Bittersweet Bakery is iconic in this city. Pavlov could have done his study on the effects of that pink box and the gold foil sticker because immediately you know whatever is inside is about to be good. Second, I know the owners name is Angel, but there's got to be witchcraft happening there because the buttercream is magical. Don't get me wrong, every single cake, cookie, and pastry that comes out of those doors is amazing, but I'd definitely be happy to just eat the frosting with a spoon (or without a spoon. don't judge me). It's definitely no surprise to anyone that Bittersweet has become my go to bakery for every occasion. Moms birthday? Baby shower? Valentines day? Just drove through the area and didn't have the willpower to stop yourself? Don't know what to get your girlfriend for her birthday? (I promise you she'll like the cupcakes better than that BS jewelry she'd never wear anyway) Anyway, every cake is a show stopper, but this one was for my friends baby shower and it definitely became the centerpiece. No gatekeeping here.

From the first time we reached out to Angel for a custom order, we knew we found our person. She has gone above and beyond to provide absolutely stunning, jaw dropping, exquisite tasting creations for our family for YEARS and she's a staple in our home. Her professionalism, staff, care to detail, communication, and unique sense of humor make her and Bittersweet stand out from the rest. I wish I could recommend my favorite but everything is my favorite so here is one of my favorite holiday selections for my favorite holiday, Halloween!!
