Service was horrible food is buffet for the price not worth it servers were horrible waited forever toast food was cold.

Each time of going into this place, it's all been great and wonderful. Except for this last time of going in. Usually I have a great time and even with our waitress, only this last time in there it was very different. My drinks normally are wonderful, but the drink I had tasted awful and very much unlike what I had there when ordering that drink and other drinks, too. I honestly wish she would have given me the other drink that I had named off first, too. I couldn't even finish off that drink entirely because of the awkward taste that the drink had this time. But really, overall, this is a really great place for food, and you most of the time get a waitress that is very great all around and comes to your table often to check up on everything and just to see how you're doing overall. The food is really great, too, and is most definitely a reason that I often go back there whenever I do get the chance to get out that way. When I normally do get out that way, I make sure to go to the place more than just once. This last time, though, I just did go in the only one time. Hopefully, next time, I will have a different waitress and a whole lot better of an experience.

The steak was very delicious. Great atmosphere. I got thr chocolate mouse for dessert.

Good food

Food is good, but pricey for what you get

We decided to switch up our date night and try something new. We saw online some pictures and several good reviews so we decided to give Bistro 743 a try. The online menu didn’t match the menu that we were given. The menu in person had significantly less items and was more expensive. The cocktails were $17 a piece so we decided to skip those. We ordered an appetizer and our entrees at the same time. We decided to try the artichoke dip. After about 15 minutes, our waitress came out and said sorry that the kitchen was backed up. A couple of couples came in after we have ordered. One of the couples received their artichoke dip and the others received their entrees before our appetizer or meal came out. I believe our waitress forgot to put in our food and didn’t want to tell us. After about 20 minutes, it came out. It was really good and had great flavor. Our dinner came out after about another 20 minutes. My husband ordered the chicken masala. It was really good. He needed to salt and pepper it but it had great flavor. I ordered steak and garlic mashed potatoes. None of my food has any seasoning and honestly was dry and not great. I ended up dipping my steak in the chicken masala leftover sauce. Most of the time our water was empty. Overpriced menu and not great service.

Husband and I went for anniversary diner on Friday night for prime rib. Generous portion cooked perfectly with nice vegetable medley and garlic mashers. Service was 5 star. Scott took wonderful care of us start to finish! Loved watching the chef and assistants prepare everything from a distance. Accolades to the crew.
