Ridiculous
best meal i’ve had in Grand Junction. everything was perfect. their desserts are addicting. will be back!
For GJ this is a pretty solid spot. Great date night option. Reservation is a good idea especially if you have a party over two, seating is pretty limited. I think the menu and ambiance could use some jazz, however they just re-opened so maybe a work in progress ? Sierra, our waitress, was phenomenal and Lindsey cooked everything to perfection. Will be back.
Very nice place with good food. Feels fancy and still casual. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Comfortable atmosphere and a bit too high end feel for my taste.
The hubby and I went here to celebrate our anniversary and it was AMAZING!!! The food is absolutely to die for and the dessert options!!! There was a full of case of handmade desserts!! We will definitely be back for more! P.S. we sat at the bar (which we loved) but it sounds like you should definitely get a reservation for the dining room
We wanted to try something new, so we came here for dinner before the Banff Film Festival. We called ahead for a dinner reservation. The guy who answered was more than accommodating and very welcoming! We learned they were short staff, as both bartenders were out sick and it was our server's second night. However, they were all spot on! The restaurant was full during the dinner rush (5:30-6:50). My husband had the blue cheese burger and I the walu special. The french fries and bread service were sinfully delightful! However, we paired it with muscles in white wine sauce (highly recommend)! The fish tasted slightly salty, but otherwise the food was incredibly delicious! The blue cheese selection in the hamburger was rich and creamy! We could not eat all the food, but we tried. The desserts looked so amazingly naughty that we decided to come back for dessert a few days later. The restaurant only had a few patrons (7:45-8:30), so it made our double date night dazzling! I tasted the raspberry cheesecake and the beignet. Both so delicious, but I would buy a slice of cheesecake and surprise a friend with that over flowers any day! It is more experience than I would prefer or in my budget. However, we will keep this place in our radar for special occasions. They do have a breakfast and brunch menu that I might have to try with girlfriends or as a treat with my soon-to-be daughter-in-law when they come to town.
New owners have turned this into a hidden gem. Perfect for a high quality meal while staying in Grand Junction. We were on our way back from Aspen and loved it!
I thought I would take my girl here for Valentine’s Day and I reserved a table 2 weeks prior. They lost the reservation. So I had to re schedule for a later time. Then I get there and make me pay $70 because they have “special menus” that night. they never warned me about it so I was forced to pay bc I can’t be cheap in front of my girlfriend…. Horrible experience, won’t ever come back.
Wonderful pastry! Going back asap.
