I have been eating at La Güera’s for 8 years now. They have never let me down. The menudo is one of the best in Colorado. The red chilaquiles are my favorite. With so many “Mexican” restaurants around the vicinity it is very difficult to chose but La Güera’s gets my vote for best AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Ps. Ask for the salsa Quemada with your meal. Spice and flavor are amazing.
