I have had birria ramen all over the states even in California and I can definitely say this is the best birria ramen I have ever had. You just can’t go wrong with it. Every time I go, it’s like my first time eating it all over again. Even the birria tacos are good.

this is the second time I drive up here and they're not here. I don't live near you guys so it's very disappointing to show up and you're not there. Both times I have checked online and on Google to make sure you're supposed to be open and yet I'm here and you're not. It's great food but it's not worth the drive to risk seeing if this place is open or not

My favorite Taco Truck! Their food is always SUPER GOOD!

I drive by this food truck often but this is my first time stopping. I'm glad that I did, the food was really good. I ordered three steak tacos with everything and a steak burrito. Full flavor, not dry and filling. I had leftover salad so I added it to my tacos 🤤

Average birria. If you want to try the best birria go to el crucero mexican restaurant they have the best birria and they are constant in their schedule. They are like 3 mins away from them.

I had birria tacos and D-waffle with oreos and paid $21+. The food looks really appealing but when I taste the meat alone, it is kind of bland. I had to add green and red sauce to really realize that I am eating tacos. The consume doesn't really add any flavor, it just makes the tacos wet. The hype didn't really meet my expectations. The D-waffle is fun. The batter is good I think, sweetness is just right for me. But nothing really special. In a nut shell, if I am able to get my orders in less than 5 minutes. I think I will be back there to get tacos for late night cravings since it is one of the places that are still open that late. But to wait in the cold for 40+mins just to get my 3 piece tacos and 1 piece waffle. Not worth it, I think. P.S. This is my personal review and could be subjective. I've had tacos from other food trucks so I was able to compare. I've had tacos where the meat alone is really flavorful. To be fair, I've had leftovers and tried it again this morning, just in case my palate had an issue last night, but it was really lacking flavor but the presentation and color is still good. My review is not to put the business down, but to challenge the owner to keep a consistent flavor every time to make the consumer's money worth. We are all affected by inflation, let's be fair with each other.
