Birra Birra Craft Pizzeria

I had waited for a table near a window to enjoy the pond view with a nice lunch and glass of wine. It was a very nice day today. Elijah our waiter was nice to open up our shades directly next to our table. We had just ordered and as soon as our waiter left, another waiter by the name of Emily came and closed the shades. I asked Emily politely if she can leave our table shades half way open, or kindly move us tables. She rolled her eyes and left to go vent in the kitchen never came back and just rudely ignored our request. That is not a nice way to treat your customers, or your co workers tables. Great way to ruin your customer experience at Chisholm Creek Birra Birra Pizzeria. Don't come here if you expect lunch with a view.

I have just confirmed that Birra Birra at Chisolm Creek has The best chicken fettuccini Alfredo on planet earth. It might have had crack in it

Many options to choose from and the Chicago pizza was worth the wait!

Our party was seated promptly, and our server was kind. I made sure to put my deep dish order as I sat down because it took a long time to cook. Unfortunately, the pizza was very soggy. I was told by management that they are aware of this happening, and they gave me a discount on my entree. I can not stress how much liquid I was wringing out of the pizza crust. The chicken parm was huge and could feed two people. I would definitely eat here again and avoid the soggy pizza.
