Omg! I just had the best tasting sandwich in my life. It’s called the Bernal Heights and it has the following in it: Bacon, Crispy Sweet Potato, Avocado, Pea Shoots and Aioli on Toasted Seed Feast Bread. Holy moly this tasted so good. The crispiness of the bread and bacon with the crunch of the greens and then the sweet and salty from the sweet potato and bacon. Damn. I feel like the sandwich was created by a chef. I had a mouth orgasm . Best tastes evaaaaar
Viven de la fama pasada. Muy caro. No entiendo que después de las reseñas negativas, la contestación sea que haya que enviar un mail nuevamente a la tienda. Esperan que les hagamos el trabajo de control de calidad??
Cute neighborhood market with an excellent selection of upscale, artisanal and hard to find items. The quality of meats, vegetables and cheese is amazing. Walking through the store is a quintessential San Francisco experience in itself. You can also get all the ice creams that they sell across the street at the ice cream shop, but as pints here instead. Be ready for higher prices though.
Everything is the best of the best here!
My telegraph sandwich tastes like they put a ton of wasabi sauce inside. My nose burns with every bite. It just tastes horrible. And it looks like the beef in my empanada wasn’t cooked. The meat looked really red. And the bread was a little soggy. Super disappointed with this place.
I visit San Francisco regularly and Bi-Rite is a MUST every time I come to town. Great produce, sandwiches, take-away meals, and chocolate selection. I love the plentiful local products and vegan-friendly options. Yes, it’s expensive, but quality food usually is and I’d much rather support a local institution than a box store. Always a pleasure to shop at the Bi-Rite
For me is not that fresh like the people says. And it’s too expensive for a median quality.
Have been coming here for years but today my sandwich had A HAIR IN IT. I called to speak with a manager, he says “staff does wear hairnets” - just disgusting and not cool at all.
