Birch and Barley

This place is one of my favorite places in Pullman. The Lobster Mac and Cheese is my go-to. The specialty drinks are amazing. It has a rustic atmosphere that I love. If you can go in the late spring, summer, or early fall and can get outdoor seating it's even better.

The best food in Pullman, however, that's not saying a lot. Vegetarian options: Portobello wasn't bad

The food was delicious, came out quickly and was hot.

The food was amazing and they had a very nice range of options! Also, our waitress was amazing and would ensure to check up on us just enough that we didn't feel like she was constantly around, nor did we have to wave her down. It's all in all an amazing place and will definitely go back.
