Bing Haus

Visited 12FEB2024 Great: Nothing was notable. Good: The shaved ice dessert was way too sweet and the ice was too large for a bingsu dessert. The mix of toppings and cereal didn't help the flavor. The ice cream on the side was ok. Bad: Nothing was bad. Visited Jan 23, 2023 Great: The cashier was very nice and helpful. The Vietnamese coffee was strong and tasty. The decor was nice and the place was clean. Good: The rice flour donut was ok. the texture was fine, but chewier than I expected. It was my first time eating one. The cashier took his time to explain what they were and all the flavors available. Bad: Nothing bad.

Love their rolled ice cream and shaved ice. Parking can be challenging.

Hours are not correct. There phones don’t work. I came to pick up my online order and the employee wanted nothing to do with me. She kept saying “I’m still making donuts… we’re not ready to open yet.” I left and came back an hour later. Order was still not ready. She was super hesitant to give me my order which was really funny considering I had the order on my phone and showed it to her. She kept saying “it should be fine.. I’ll just give it to you.” Uhm? I literally paid for this and should have had it an hour ago. The mochi donuts are considerably smaller compared to other mochi donuts you can find anywhere. I told her which flavors I wanted and she somehow messed it up. The pomegranate donut and the matcha donut was on point. Chai cinnamon tasted like pure cinnamon, seasoned (didn’t ask for this- I ordered Ube) tasted over toasted most likely Won’t reorder.

Service was so terrible here-usually servers are really nice but they were so stingy. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

Very cute dessert shop with great options, a cozy vibe, and quick service. They have some small stickers, nails, etc for sale too, which is really cool. Coffee was a bit sweeter than I expected, but the thai tea rolled ice cream is phenomenal! Parking: Small parking lot shared with some other businesses. There's also street parking right nearby. Don't use the next parking lot over though - there are signs warning that that one is for other restaurants

Came feeling super full but was still able to eat at Bing Haus (thats how good this place is)! The dessert here is AMAZING! You HAVE TO try the strawberry matcha and the croffle!! You won’t be disappointed.

The best prepared lattes I’ve ever had here. Cute ambiance. I only came here a few times traveling for work and was blown away by the microfoam, quality of the coffee and perfect sweetness
