Fantastic service and the chefs special, Peppercorn steak, was mouth watering. Melted in my mouth. The whiskey flight was great. Service was top-notch. Great experience.

Old school tableside drink preparation is worth it! I vhose the Lemon lavender Martini and an Old Fashioned for my husband. Huge jumbo shrimp for an appetizer. We shared the 12oz prime rib - cooked perfectly and large portions (enough that neither of us cleaned our plate). Our waiter, Sam, was attentive and helpful in wine selection. Too full for desert. Great atmosphere. Live the booth seating and high ceilings.

The service was great! The food was good. The atmosphere was beautiful. It’s a very expensive place, so come ready to spend $80 something on a steak with no sides, everything is a la cart, which is why we wouldn’t go back. Prawns where regular shrimp.

The dining experience was fantastic. Ced, Stefano, and Erin were wonderful and attentive. Huge thanks to our sommelier, Peter. He assisted us with the decanting of our wine. Cheers!

About a week ago, my husband and I had a small wedding earlier in the day and took our party to dinner at the Bimini to continue the celebration after the ceremony.  We booked with the Bimini a month ahead for use of the private dinning room to accommodate one of our guests who misses lots of conversion if there is much background noise.  Bimini was very accommodating and the private room worked out great.  There was a team of service staff who were exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful the whole time.  Honestly, we found the very large menu a bit confusing at first, but the staff were very helpful in making suggestions that all turned out perfect.  And then there was the food - just excellent on every point - cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, wine, sides, mains and desserts.  Several of our guests ordered the Australian Wagyu beef which deserves special mention.  So often I have seen friends order steak and lament it was "OK", but it fell short in some way.  I think everyone who had the steak had one of those - "this is how good steak should be" experiences. Finally, the patient and accommodating staff deserve mention - our celebration did last a bit longer than normal hours but we were never rushed.  Well done by all, and thank you!
