Billy's Bakery

Interestingly enough this establishment is not like the one in Chelsea by a long shot. My guess is that this location does more orders and not too much in customer service. There was no one to greet me upon my arrival and there was only one selection of cake available. Now there are many factors which I am unaware of which contributed to this occurrence but it was my experience none the less. Anyway I did purchase a slice of carrot cake which I will eat at my leisure. I'm a fan of Billy's desserts but I think I'll go back to the Chelsea location going forward.

I've been a longtime customer of Billy's Bakery. Their cakes had the perfect amount of moisture to them and tasted delicious. Yesterday I went instore to order 14 cupcakes. I took them back to work for a potluck and when I had a vanilla one it was extremely dry. I had heard other complaints about them as well which left me feeling embarrassed. Is this the quality of goods you provide now? PLEASE do better or else you will lose customers as you've lost me.

Oh my god !!! The greatest cup cake I’ve never had !!! So fluffy and creamy my favourite is the red velvet And very nice waitress !

My friend, also named Billy, surprised me with a German Chocolate cake from this bakery for my birthday and it was absolutely incredible. Beyond delicious and so beautifully done. I still have leftovers sitting in my freezer I’m not letting my partner touch that I revisit every day, that good. Thank you so much for my wonderful cake, we will definitely be coming back ❤️ (candles not included with cake purchase haha)

Most delicious banana muffin ever ! It taste home and delicious… you dont feel oily taste or too sweet taste ! Incredible good
