5 of us dined at Bill's and the staff were great especially Ruby who was so attentive and big smiles Food was fab decent portions Will definitely be back xx
Appalling. What happened to Bills, Exeter? My fish pie was tiny, had obviously been cooked in the microwave and the edges were carbonised to the sides of the dish. It contained three prawns, a couple of lumps of fish, a thin layer of overcooked mashed potato and nothing else. The waitress, programmed to ask if everything was alright but not trained to deal with any actual problems, grinned through my complaint like I was some boring relative moaning about the weather. Her only response was to ask if I wanted anything else. It was a very quiet night: they were not overwhelmed, the staff weren't busy. This restaurant treats its customers with contempt. The Exeter branch used to be excellent.
Had lunch here with my family and had one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. The fries were a bit cold, but other than that great lunch. The cinnamon donuts are amazing.
Very busy, but squeezed us in. Still very good service and tasty food, good selection of options
Couldn't fault our lunch time meal.... Seated 7 of us without a table reservation and the service and food was brilliant. Will return! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu
