The double cheese dog was okay, though the presentation was sloppy. Customer Service? Not that great! Go some place else.

Meh.. What happened to you guys? Sloppiest burger I've had in a while. Literally fell apart in my hand, you know a little TLC goes a long way. 20 minutes to get a milkshake and asking what I want on my burger a thousand times doesn't help either. This was a go-to spot for Evanstonians and visitors, I hope you guys can get back to what Bill's really represented.

I didn't enjoy the food at all. We hadn't been here in a while and I don't think I'll be going back. We had burgers and fries. The fries were good, but the burger was awful. Not sure what type of meat they used for the burger.
