Bill's Donut Shop Staff are so awesome, even taking calls. The young lady taking my order on the phone for my daughter's birthday cake was nice and very polite (sorry I forgot the name). You deserve 6 stars for Food and Service. Thanks for being unique.

Bills donuts are good, not my favorite donut shop but I love the fact that they’re open 24hrs.

I tried Bill's Donuts over 5 years ago for the first time when visiting my husband's family for Christmas from Georgia. He was so excited about having me try it for the first time and said it was the best donut shop ever, and he was right! Since we moved to Ohio, we'd grab some maybe twice a month and then decided to stop for a while because we wanted to be "good". We've had Bill's Donuts 3 times the past couple of months and I'm so sad to say that I can see what the recent bad reviews are talking about, and I can feel their sadness. The service seems annoyed with you now (to the point that I feel uncomfortable going back) as opposed to happy and welcoming, the donuts do not seem as fresh, and they actually run out of donuts now! The place use to feel so welcoming and warm and bright with amazingly fresh donuts every visit. Now it's the complete opposite. UPDATE: I take back what I said. I was there last night and the 2 men working were wonderful.

Oh, Bill's. The smell of this location just makes you salivate. The donuts are amazing. Packed with a line of people bulging out of the entrance as normal. Ordered a dozen donuts. Two of each listed "pretzel, sugar twist, sugar jelly filled, honey wheat, apple crisp, sugar cake. All were perfect. Will always be returning.

I have been going to Bills for years, the service and atmosphere has changed! So sad ! Customer service is not good, rude and never smile ! The doughnuts are not the same quality the white cream filling is not the same and the amount of filling doesn’t even fill the doughnut ! I sure do miss that awesome service and amazing doughnuts ! Keeping the original recipes and cook would have been a smart move for the new owners .
