Bill's Birmingham Restaurant

Had a lovely experience here yesterday. We had a wonderful waitress who was very attentive to us and talkative which you don't find everywhere! The food itself was delicious. Overall we had a great lunch. The pancakes were dribble-worthy!

Service not great, sat outside, early evening and they were cleaning down around us instead of asking us not to sit out side, was made to feel very uncomfortable by a number of staff, we asked to take service charge off but they never did! Food expensive for what it was!

Can't fault place. Lovely staff member sat us in a quiet spot, our son has ASD, he's 17 and cannot cope with too much noise. Staff sat us in lovely spot and said "we want him to be as comfortable as he can" that means a lot, we had a lovely family lunch and food and service all excellent, definitely go back when we are in town again, thanks Bills

Shown to table straight away and drink served promptly even though busy lunchtime period. Food amazing, lots of choice. Vegetarian options: Halloumu salad with dips and bread superb Kid-friendliness: Colouring activity supplied for children.

Food was pretty decent as was the atmosphere however the service was questionable considering they add an instant 12.5% service charge (which I removed) We got asked if we would like anything else when the food arrived we said yeah and ordered which was added to our bill but never arrived.

So nice to find a Bill's open when so many have closed down. Prices have increased but still fairly reasonable. Good portions. So good to have their Seafood Pie once again! Toilets a little rough but OK. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good outlook. Industrial interior.
