The only reason I bought food from this restaurant was because Marriott gives you food credits that can be used there. Yet, despite not paying anything directly i still felt scammed. We ordered fries, guacamole and chips, and two diet cokes. The fries were undercooked. The guac was tasteless and the chips were stale. The hostess told me to wait and was taking in new customers after she confirmed that I was here for a pick up (food was ready) and i ended up standing around for 10 mins waiting for her until I decided to walk my way to the outside of kitchen area where they leave to go orders and pick it up myself. What annoyed me the most however, was that I was charged a $2.92 delivery fee for a pickup order. When I asked the hostess, she told me that I was charged for the plastic cups that my $4.5 diet cokes was placed in… Rarely does one restaurant combine the trifecta of having bad food, bad service, and a bad atmosphere but Bill’s has successfully done it.

Visited this restaurant with high expectations, but left utterly disappointed. Ordered the mini b’s, and upon realizing they had meat, the server kindly offered to replace them with a veggie alternative since we didn’t want meat in burgers. However, Manager Jackson took it upon himself to approach our table and rudely inform us that we would be charged for both items. The way he spoke and treated us was unprofessional and disrespectful, holding the menu on my face and pointing to images like I can’t read. A manager is supposed to ensure customers have a positive experience, but Jackson only soured ours. His unprofessional and rude demeanor has no place in hospitality. Will NEVER return thanks to him. Beware if you're considering dining here.

Burger was good, fries were good. Prices were high. If I'm back in NY would consider returning here.

Wir waren zum 2. mal dort . Es war wieder sehr gut . Gute, leckere Burger und sehr freundliche Bedienungen. (Besonders Elijah ) . Sehr schneller Service und gutes Ambiente. Wir können es auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen und kommen gern wieder.

Enjoyable atmosphere for friends and family. 4-7 happy hour Mon-Fri $5 draft beer and 1/2 off appetizers. After work quick stop for a cold glass draft and something quick to eat. Servers are approachable and conversational when not busy. Bar attendees Sheena and Danny are consistent and provide good service. Highly recommended.
