Update: 7/3/23. Today I went through drive thru and was greated by Gabby D (per the receipt) with a nasty attitude. For some reason this person was not ready to assist with the order provided, she even had another employee lie about being out of a certain item that was requested. (I had to get down and go inside to ask for the items personally) Gabby might need to take the day off and come back with a different attitude... Customer service! Rachel and her staff went out of their way to make it right fast. Thank you Bill Miller SPID

Excellent not too pricey

The food is always consistent and good.

The fried chicken is always good and their cooler is delicious as well.

This was a great BBQ experience in the past. Now it’s a mediocre fast food restaurant. Nice building. Most of the veggies were old and not appealing in the least. Young people at this establishment do not take care of business. Pinto beans had been on the hot table for hours Had not been stirred or replenished all day. Won’t go back or recommend to anyone! I am referring to the restaurant in Portland, Tx.

Depending on which restaurant you use, some are better than others. SPID location is very good. I'll go out of my way to go to that location.
