Eeeeh...not sure yet only had the burger, dubbed " the best burger in the world"...it wasn't. Looked popular. I want to try the garbage plates, and I'll get back to you

I was there to meet friends. Ordered a kids meal....15 minutes later it was not done. However, 4 people that ordered after me got their meals. Turns out they didn't make it. They gave me a coupon for a free burger- not a free meal Over $10 for a kids meal!

The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. The ice cream is also good. Great place for the family. Kid-friendliness: The kids meals are perfect size

Bill Gray’s is a Rochester institution. But today, the institution crumbled. The food was overcooked (yet also cold) it took a surprising amount of time to get the overcooked food, the kids running the asylum couldn’t answer simple questions. It was a disaster. Thank God Don’s Original is just a couple hundred feet away. Two stars because the place is clean.

Christine is a great server, very friendly and willing to accommodate most requests. Parking: Handicap ♿️ spots close to door.

Always good food and pretty quick. Sometimes our order isn't always correct but they've never given us an issue with getting it fixed. Definitely recommend for a quick dinner out option.
