Three Friends Jack, Mike and Ron founded the original Biksbee’s in Bethel in November 2006. Between them they had over 75 years’ experience in the restaurant business. Their vision was to create a casual restaurant that offered creative food at great prices and that’s what Biksbee’s offer - fresh food prepared from scratch.
