Food is GOOD! I’ve had it three days in a row. It’s great for when you’re craving back home and want something very very close. I agree with others- it’s the closest I’ve found to tasting like my granny’s back home. The atmosphere is ALRIGHT. No napkins etc and it seems like they’ve cut back on portions based on what I received in comparison to a photo of the same meal from a year ago. I can’t fault them for that though because costs have gone up but they’ve maintained quality. So I commend them on that.

Food tastes like hot garbage never coming back

Got some food today and was very happy with the flavor and the portions. I'm originally from the Caribbean and lived in Jamaica for 2 years. AUTHENTIC!!! Not watered down at all. Everyone should try! Some of the items are made when ordered so make sure you pre order your fish or ackee and saltfish to cut down the wait time!!! P.S. the jerk chicken egg rolls, Nice..... Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and disabled parking

I ordered the oxtails with rice and peas, plantain and salad. The oxtails were practically falling off the bone and DELICIOUS!!

I had got the jerk chicken egg rolls, a large oxtail plate with a side of rice and peas and cabbage it was delicious! very flavorful! this is definitely the best Jamaican restaurant I’ve tried out here in Austin I will be returning!

The food here is absolutely delicious. My cousin got her beef patties and I got some of that mm mm mmm good curry chicken. Next time we go we sitting down to eat and taking the whole family. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Drove over a hour to find out most food was out of stock and the menu they have listed wasn’t accurate. My brother wanted a side of plantains at minimum due to not having much else and the cashier said oh we can’t do sides even though the menu listed it lol. I understand restaurants running out but on a Saturday evening and then not having an updated menu. I think the most issue we had is we walked up to the counter and the server didn’t even give us a heads up on food being out and changes to the menu. It was right when we started listing off food we wanted it was met with oh yea we are out lol. All in all I’ve had the food before and I know it to be good but bringing people who were from out of town a hour’s drive to be met with lackadaisical service and oh we are just closing early with no signage is disheartening.

I got the oxtail plate with steamed cabbage, rice/peas, & plantains. I was disappointed with the oxtail; they were tough and very fatty. The oxtail gravy was perfect, well seasoned, but not too salty. Rice/peas were great and cabbage was a little crunchy for my liking but still pretty okay. Customer service was average and the atmosphere was average. I might give it another try at a later time.
