I went to Bikkle while visiting my son in Austin.. I am Jamaican and I can say it was really nice to get some Aunthentic Jamaican food in Austin. My family of 4 ordered Jerk Chicken, Curry Chicken, Stew Chicken, and oxtaiks. Everything was perfect and seasoned just right. It was also nice to be able to get free parking to dine in which is very challenging in the area. I would highly recommend Bikkle Jamaican Restaurant to other patrons.
Pretty good food. The potion sizes for the large were really big. I'm so used to restaurants skimping that I thought I needed more.
Jamaican Jerk ! Nuff said..plus they have Ackee and salt fish which is their national dish..check them out ..sorry I didn't put pics
The meat pies are good. Needed more sauce on my food.
My go to Jamaicam food joint in Austin. I love the jerk chicken and oxtail curry.
Been to Bikkle a few times and I must say I'm just consistently disappointed. Whenever I order a dinner this is pretty much what I get. Those black things on right side are plantains with minimal stew chicken and a while lot of rice. I love spicy food, however there is such a thing as to much spice. Its overpowering and just takes away from the dish. I will just stick to the sides the curry potatoes are always good. Otherwise not sure I will order much else from here.
Grape soda, jerk chicken, gungo rice, plantains, jerk sauce, carnival. THATS ALL YOU NEED. Top 1 meal on Guadalupe street and beyond. They bring the food out so fast too I don't know how they do it.
Bikkle is the best Jamaican restaurant in the ATX right now. Authenticity tun up
