Ordered a family pack through Uber at 9 PM, 2lbs chopped beef, half rack ribs. Uber driver called, said the restaurant didn’t have meat for the order. Called the restaurant they didn’t seem to care abt the $120 I was billed, told me to call Uber. I Canceled through uber, yet to see a credit. Funny how they can charge u right away but to be refunded is a nightmare. Previously, I went through the drive-through at abt 830pm, same issue, not enough meat. I was hoping that it was a one time issue. I took a chance again this evening, never again. Id go anywhere for BBQ, less bighams 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Window person was very rude. When complained to the manager he was not much better.
