Phenomenal smash burgers, the thinness achieved?! resounding!!! Accommodations available easily on the ordering app, no fuss! But let’s get to what is at the heart of the matter, the sweet potato fries. W O W. My friend described them as “heavenly. like a flat steak fry that’s also crinkle cut with flaky salt.” She was spot on. I ate at the east side location @ Dainty Dillo and will definitely be back.

I love this place, the food is great. Unfortunately, today might be the last time I place an order. The cashiers have been consistently rude when I order. It’s a real shame because they have a great product. I placed an order via DoorDash for pickup and they were mad at me. Told me to come order in person instead. I understand the margins suck when you use DD so I followed their request. I came today to get an order to go (wife is pregnant) and they had an awful attitude about it. I’ve ordered from them like 10 times and half of those times they’ve seemed extremely inconvenienced that I’m ordering their food. Man I’m not expecting white glove service, just some dang civility. Take care of your loyal customers, geez.

God I love this place. But man… they have to get rid of the lady running the window. She was insanely rude to the person in front of me, me, and the person behind me. For noooo reason.

Love the chicken sandwich with the coleslaw. Waffle fries are phenomenal

I tried Biggies Yardbird today and WOW I must say...impressed. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with Waffle Fries. Both came to me Hot and Proper Crispy, well enough seasoning and the right amount of Salt throughout the meal. The Cabbage Slaw was delightful adding freshness to all those beautiful savory flavors that came in the Sandwich. The bread was toasted yet still soft to the bite which I liked. The Bottle Caps aka Fried Jalapeños...I can each those by the dozen as well as the Jesus Nuggets...Lord they were tender and Crispy! Great Job Definitely a must try, I'll be back -Chef Tommy-

Double Smash burger was burnt in my opinion. First smash burger ever and if this is the way they are I can live without them! Fried jalapeno/ cumbers were over cooked, close to being burned along with the sweet potato fries. Waffle fries were waffle fries.

Food is always good but to salty, they also need to put someone running the register that's not arrogant and will smile .the girl working this evening was arrogant and rude as hell, she has no people person skills

The food is great, But The lady at the window is ALWAYS RUDE! And seems to have an attitude every time I visit, makes me not want to come back.

Best chicken sandwich I’ve probably ever had, ever. There’s something different about the batter that makes It so good.
