Tianna was amazing I felt like I had a personal barista she needs a raise very knowledgeable in hospitality!

The place has gone down a bit over the years. It doesn't have that warm, inviting atmosphere like it used to. Staff was so-so. Had to ask for straws, napkins...they used to have that all available in the back. While we were in the shop for a few hours, the line of people waiting for their drinks was insane. I think I would have walked out and gone somewhere else for coffee. This was on a Friday morning, I think. We got there around 7:30 am, which was just before the line of people. Dietary restrictions: Lots of dairy free, low sugar, no sugar options Parking: If you come early there shouldn't be a problem with parking. But the lot does fill up fast.
