Biggby Coffee

Went to take my girlfriend to get coffee again this morning as it was my only day off this week and the skinny white girl with glasses and black hair has the audacity to ask for a tip and gets attitude and has to mutter “Of Course” when all I said was no thank you. And I’ve never been to a biggby and had them request a tip but this place does it time and time again. Moral of the story if you gotta ask for tips because you think your a coffee supersuperstar then you need a new job because your just a barista in a sparta coffee shop, not LA. Definitely not stopping at this place. I guess I gotta drive another 15 minutes all the way to Plainfield where people are actually respectful and will actually fill my coffee to the top even if I don’t give them a tip.

Always fast service at this Biggby.

Very good cappuccino!

This was my everyday coffee spot. In the past two weeks I haven’t had a “good morning, thank you, or any pleasantries”. Not even a “welcome to biggby” I have tried to engage multiple staff members in polite conversation. “Good morning, how are you today?” The staff couldn’t be bothered with that and once even ignored me completely. Today was no exception and really one of the worst. I felt like I should have apologized for bothering them. What I have had from everyone “do you want to leave a tip on the card”. This isn’t an issue but when you act like I’m a burden to you, why would I feel obliged to tip you?

Terrible customer service! And if you want to order a couple drinks, make sure you have a debit card because they will not take anything Over a $20 bill no matter how much you ordered. And then our just flat out rude

This place was great at one time when it came to fast, friendly service but not anymore. I sat in line for over 20 minutes. Then when I finally got to the window they only had two people working during their busy time which makes absolutely know since. Then I even waited at the window for at least 3 minutes before she even opened the window to talk to me
