BIGGBY COFFEE

Less excellent than usual. My iced Americano was served with little ice and was not particularly cold.
It seems clear they poured it thinking it was a hot Americano and simply dumped ice in on top hoping to salvage it instead of remaking it.  Our hot chocolates were good.

i absolutely love this place! the coffee is amazing so much better than dunkin. flavors and drinks always consistent. more worth the price than starbucks.  customer service is always the best, no bad attitudes at the biggby in brookpark!!
