They have new workers. They are amazing. It's crazy what a person who enjoys their job will do. Thankful for them.

They never get my order right, and the sass handed out with their wrong drinks isn't really needed either.  It's sad when you have to fix a $8 drink just because they don't want to look up how to make it. Just because it's not on the main menu, doesn't mean it can't be ordered.

I've moved away from Michigan and miss Biggby. Love my staple: Tan Line yum.

Excellent service and drinks. Except for the Elmwood Rd location, this Biggby beats every Lansing location for service.  Will definitely stop again when I'm in the area.
