Friendly fun staff, drive thru is a plus for those that are in a hurry

Everytime I come to this location, I am never asked if i have a biggby card. The managers are super loud and it ruins the atmosphere of the coffee house. Further more it usually takes 20 minutes or more at any location to get through the drive through regardless of how many cars are there. The staff seem to be more interested in chatting with each other than providing service to customers. Mostly I come here because at the moment there are no other options. Bad coffee is better than no coffee. But my recommendation is to go somewhere else. The corporation should really clean house in this franchise. Oh an no one sleeves the cups...COFFEE IS HOT!!!! USE SLEEVES...idiots

After the change to New Management, the promotion disappeared. The coffee seemed a bit dated.

The guy at the window called me boss and big dog the whole time. Worth it for that alone.
