From being out of town i was afraid there wasn't going to be a Biggby around, and i was so happy when it was only 3 mins from my hotel!! Service was perfect,my coffee was sooooo good ! 10/10 recommend !

The best Biggby location in Metro Detroit. Staff are always so friendly and put such effort and detail into making your drink delicious. Also, run don’t walk for their frozen apple cider drink (Don’t forget to get whipped cream and caramel sauce too).

Waited 15 minutes for my drinks yesterday and they both had blended up pieces of plastic in them :/ Update: they did give me 2 free drinks which took less than 5 minutes to make, which I appreciated, but when I originally got the drinks with plastic in them, those took 15 minutes to get. I come to biggby almost everyday, I really wouldn’t lie about one situation that prevents me from coming to a place I go to everyday. The plastic in my drink did seem like a blended up straw wrapper, which I thought was odd because they only carry paper straw wrappers. It ended up in my drink regardless, and I feel like arguing with a customer who finds plastic in their drink probably only does more hurt than good. Update again: have been back a few times since and have had great service every time.

This place is really growing on me. All the baristas are friendly and I appreciate the consistency.

They're really nice and actively supports the local schools. And have a really good cold brew

Always great staff and service! Even when I slide in there just before closing! So appreciate this team
