after going to this location while living in WA and even moving out of state, I unfortunately still continue to hear about the bad service at this place. Always understaffed and the few that work there are very slow, lines take up to 30 minutes so you should only go if you have the day off.
I truly don't understand what those girls are doing in there to not have a single car in line move after 15 minutes. What a ridiculous business. They're definitely smoking in the bathroom, as I saw smoke pour out of the backroom as they walked out, all while there are customers who have been waiting for half an hour.
It was my first time going there around 11 in the morning. The workers were friendly and helped me to get some satisfactory drinks. I had heard that they had pie drinks, but were unavailable when I had gone to them. However they had helped to make the 2nd best thing which was a sort of blueberry muffin drink which was quite tasty and unique. Also had an Oreo milkshake for my mother and she enjoyed it more than the usual places we go for one. So we will likely return to try out more drinks and when my mother gets her Oreo milkshake itch.
I order from this place alot! But recently they've had someone on their team that's just "stupid". Everyime I've ordered a double redbull they usually get it right but these last few times the person has read it as 2 single red bulls, so they make 2 seperate drinks. And just recently she read it as one double red bull. So I ended up only getting one of my drinks. I wish everyone knew how to read the doordash app but I guess we can't all be somewhat smart.
This location has taken a turn for the worst. The new morning people are very slow, the red/purple head girl in the morning will steal your cash. My fiancé and I have witnessed her taking cash from customers and putting it in her tip cup. It’s a shame you don’t take cash but it’s worst to have a dishonest employee working for you. Bigfoot do better.
Waited 15 minutes for black coffee. Asinine
Unfortunately this place is hit or miss on coffee but they absolutely no doubt about it do not know how to make hot chocolate or anything remotely related to a caramel hot apple cider. They know how to make cold water, run your credit card, process payments and not give you a refund when you do not accept something that they do not know how to make. We still have not gotten our money back from product we did not receive because they never processed the refund. They just said anything to us so that we would leave the line and they just kept our money.
Its 3am left the line at 3:49am with only 3 cars in front. New person left alone and didn’t even know the menu or how to work the espresso machine. Took foreverrr. Was almost late to the airport. Usually takes like 5 minute per car. Slacking on NYE. Seen prior reviews. Owner does not care at all. Otherwise management wouldn’t let a NEW PERSON work the night shift by herself on a HOLIDAY.
One of the people working here would rather be on their phone than making the drinks. Took ten minutes for one drink after waiting in line nearly 40.
Better than S-bux any day of the week.
