I came to Bigfoot to get me a drink, the line was super long and one side of the window was closed. I went up to the walk thru to make it faster, 3 ladies where working and none of them doing anything not even helping the other customers they where just talking between them and laughing. I asked if it was going to take long and she said I’ll help you when I Can in a rude manner. She said I wanted to skip the line, but you can’t skip a line in a empty walk thru

Went to pick up a door dash order. Requested less ice in my drink and got met with a funky attitude from a barista who looks like a regular heroin user. The drink STILL had too much Ice. BOOOOOOOO! NOT WORTH IT. Won't go back.

The service here is terrible! Today on 11/12/23 at around 9pm the barista was extremely rude when we asked a question yelled at us. This place is terrible and will no longer have my business.

Great service drink was made to perfection

Went to get our regular mythical mocha with white coffee. We were in line for 20mins. When we made our order the man repeated it back to us 2 and then proceeds to make it with regular espresso. He continues to make the drink even after acknowledging that he made the mistake and still trys to charge us for them. We told him we didn't want espresso so no we wouldn't drink them. Seriously 20mins for you to repeat the order and mess it up. Was so frustrating. We needed to catch a ferry at fauntleroy so we left with no drinks. What a waste of time. Today 10-15-2023 the service was soo bad it was more de 40 minutes waiting time, ones we get in the window it was 2 lady's but they didn't really paying attention to the customers they was talking to each in they own conversations... I love big foot but today all the service was soooo baddd
